LifeVault is a privacy-first family organizer and document scanner for iPhone that transforms scanned documents into structured, searchable records. Instead of storing files as static images, the app extracts key details from IDs, insurance cards, prescriptions, and pet records, linking them to individual family members or pets. All data stays on the device unless the user chooses to share or export.

- OCR Document Scanning: Scan any document, card, or photo; LifeVault automatically extracts fields like name, date, and ID number, which the user can review and edit before saving.
- Structured Profiles & Records: Each person or pet gets a profile with linked records (medical, insurance, travel, school, etc.). Records are organized into categories and can be toggled on/off per profile to reduce clutter.
- Shareable PDF Summaries: Generate a clean, one-tap PDF summary of any profile, selecting which sections to include. Share via text, email, or AirDrop — useful for ER visits, travel, or handing off to a caregiver.
- Timeline & Version History: Track changes over time with a built-in timeline. Renewing a driver's license or updating a medication keeps the old version in Archives, so nothing is overwritten.
- Support Guides: Build plain-language guides for caregivers, teachers, or sitters covering accommodations, triggers, calming strategies, and routines — exportable as a PDF.
- Privacy by Design: All data stored on-device, protected by Face ID/Touch ID. No cloud upload, no ads, no data harvesting. Works offline.
