LinkWatchr is a backlink monitoring tool built for SEO teams, agencies, and link builders who invest in link acquisition. It continuously crawls backlinks on a schedule of the user's choosing and reports every change — removals, anchor rewrites, do-follow to no-follow switches, and status code shifts — so that paid or earned links do not silently stop working.
Key Features
- Change Detection: Anchor text, rel attributes, status codes, and other link details are compared on every crawl, with before-and-after state and the exact crawl timestamp recorded.
- Client Workspaces & Projects: Each client receives an isolated workspace with its own projects, crawl schedules, and permissions, so link builders and internal teams see only what they should.
- Unlimited Link Monitoring: There is no cap on the number of links tracked; credits are consumed by crawl frequency rather than link count.
- Flexible Schedules and Alerts: Crawls can run daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, with email reports detailing what changed, what it was before, and which links were affected.
- Custom Columns and Reporting: Users can add and filter columns such as link cost, vendor name, or quality score, and export or share white-label reports with clients.
- Built-In Authority Data (Coming Soon): Domain Rating, Domain Authority, traffic estimates, and page authority are planned to be pulled directly into the dashboard without separate Ahrefs or Moz subscriptions.
How It Works
Users add links by pasting a list, uploading a CSV, or entering them manually, then choose a crawl frequency and notification recipients. Each subsequent crawl is compared against the previous or first crawl, and changes are flagged in a detailed report. Authority checks (Ahrefs DR, Moz DA) and Google index verification also consume credits.
